HOMOLOGATION  AND LEVEL II

318 HOURS are certified  Nieles I and II

 

They can be a CERTIFIED EXPERT IN DACTILOSCOPY in ONLY 4 months, entering Level II, without doing Level I, accrediting their previous studies in fingerprint, or if they are GRADUATES from Private Schools, Universities, EXPERTS (Officials and Individuals) and in only four ( 4) months, to hold our valuable Title as a CERTIFIED EXPERT IN DACTILOSCOPY, a great opportunity, which is reflected in employment.

LAW 906 OF 2004.

ART. 408 - WHO CAN BE EXPERTS

COLOMBIAN Code of Criminal Procedure Law 906 of 2004.

The following may be experts:

1. People with a legally recognized title in the respective science, technique or art.

2. In different circumstances, people of recognized understanding in the respective science, technique, art, trade or hobby may be appointed even if they lack a title.

For the purposes of qualification, all admissible means of evidence may be used, including the testimony of the declarant who is presented as an expert.

 

ART. 406 - PROVISION OF THE SERVICE OF EXPERTS

COLOMBIAN Code of Criminal Procedure Law 906 of 2004.

The expert service will be provided by experts from the judicial police, the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences, public or private entities, and individuals specialized in the matter in question.

Investigations or analyzes will be carried out by the expert or experts, as the case may be. The report will be signed by those who have participated in the part that corresponds to them.

All experts must render their opinion under the gravity of the oath.

 

Article 409. "Who cannot be appointed experts".

They cannot be appointed EXPERTS, in any case:

The minors of eighteen (18) years, the injunctions and the mentally ill.

Those who have been suspended in the exercise of the respective science, technique or art, while the suspension lasts.

Those who have been convicted of a crime, unless they are rehabilitated.

The Expert, graduated from the Fingerprint Expert Program of the International Scientific Corporation of Dactyloscopy CCIDD and the University of Cuenca Ecuador, is a professional knowledgeable of International scientific regulations and international protocols.

With the ability to reason, interpret and argue scientifically, technically and legally an expert opinion.

With the ability to write texts and express themselves orally in a fluent and technical language, using precise and clear scientific terms.

Able to understand the scientific investigation process, identify its characteristic elements and recognize the relevance of the investigation in the forensic field in the search for scientific truth.

The CCIDD Lphoscopy Experts training program enables them to carry out efficient professional practice of papiloscopy in the different areas of knowledge about lphoscopy; In this sense, it has developed the competencies that support the following profile:

-Knowledge of lphoscopy regulations and international protocols.

-Trained for the practical application of lphoscopy.

-Trained to perform forensic opinions in lofoscopy.

-Prepared for conducting forensic investigations and crime scene processing within the field of his expertise.
